Meet Stacy Proctor
I am a mission-driven Chief People Officer, Leadership Development Coach, and HR Advisor with more than 25 years of experience partnering with executives, leaders, and boards, most often with those navigating growth, transformation, or uncertainty. I am known for aligning people strategy, organizational culture, and the future of work with the business’s purpose.
Solving the challenges that stall organizational success, I specialize in resolving disconnected people strategies, employee disengagement, leadership misalignment, and HR operations bogged down by inefficiency. At the same time, I guide organizations in adopting artificial intelligence without losing the human connection that inspires trust, creativity, and performance.
Most recently, I have developed a playbook for implementing AI within organizations. The change leadership focus and detailed approach advises companies to ensure that AI augments HI (human intelligence), allowing HI to add exponential value to the company’s purpose.
The cost of inaction is clear, and with my guidance, organizations can achieve a stronger future: cultures built on trust, leaders aligned on vision, engaged employees at every level, and artificial intelligence deployed as a partner to human intelligence. The result is an organization where people and the mission thrive side by side.
I earned an MBA, a BA in Sociology, and multiple certifications, including SPHR, PHR-CA, SHRM-CP, and an “Advanced Lead with AI” Certification.
But my most important roles are as a mother, wife, sister, and daughter who cares deeply about educating the next generations and therefore I serve on multiple non-profit Boards of Directors.
